We are not registered with, licensed by, authorised by or supervised by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the National Futures Association (NFA), the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the National Bank of Georgia, or any other financial regulatory authority in any jurisdiction.
Nothing offered here is a regulated financial service, and no regulatory protection or compensation scheme applies to your purchase.
04 No performance or results representation
No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to anything discussed, described or implied on this site or in the product.
Past performance, whether actual or indicated by any example, is not indicative of future results. The experiences described by the founder are personal, are shared to explain why the product was built, and are not typical, expected or promised outcomes for anyone else.
05 Hypothetical and simulated results
This site does not publish hypothetical or simulated performance results. Any illustrative figure that appears anywhere in the product, for example a sample entry in a template, is placeholder content used to demonstrate how a field works. It is not a record of trading and must not be read as one.
Hypothetical performance results in general carry well-known limitations. Unlike an actual record they do not represent real trading and no money is genuinely at risk. They are frequently prepared with the benefit of hindsight. No hypothetical record can completely account for the impact of financial risk in live trading, or for a trader's ability to withstand losses or to keep following a plan through drawdown. Sharp differences between hypothetical results and actual results are common.
06 Risk of loss
Trading futures, options and other leveraged or margin-traded products carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Leverage magnifies losses as readily as gains. With some products and some brokers you can lose more than the amount you deposited.
Only capital you can afford to lose entirely should ever be placed at risk. Consider your financial condition, your experience and your objectives carefully before trading, and stop if you cannot afford the outcome.
07 Prop firm evaluations
The Zen Ticks is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with any proprietary trading firm, evaluation provider or funded account programme. Those firms set their own fees, rules, drawdown limits and payout conditions, and we have no involvement in and no influence over any of them.
Nothing here should be taken as a suggestion that using this product will help you pass an evaluation, obtain funding, retain funding or receive a payout.
08 Testimonials, ratings and reviews
Ratings shown on this site come from traders who tested the workspace during a private beta. They describe those individuals' experience of the tool itself, such as how usable or useful they found it. They are not statements about financial outcomes, and no financial outcome is being claimed on their behalf.
Individual experience varies. What anyone gets from a process tool depends on their own discipline, their own consistency and their own risk management, and many people who buy tools of this kind see no financial benefit whatsoever.

Any figure appearing on this site refers to the product itself, such as its price, the number of modules, or how long it takes to set up and run. No figure on this site is a financial projection.
