01 Agreement
These terms are a contract between you and The Zen Ticks, operated by Mohamed Shaaban. By buying or using The 60 Seconds Circuit Breaker you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not buy the product.
02 What you are buying
The 60 Seconds Circuit Breaker is a digital Notion workspace and accompanying written guide. It contains a dashboard, a decision tree, a database template, an audit database and a setup guide.
It is delivered digitally as a Notion template you duplicate into your own Notion account. It is not physical, nothing is shipped, and no software is installed.
You need a Notion account to use it. Notion is a third party service with its own free tier, terms and privacy policy. We do not control Notion, we are not affiliated with Notion, and we are not responsible if Notion changes, breaks or discontinues any feature.
03 Licence
On payment you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the workspace for your own trading process. That is it.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, rent, lend or give away the workspace or any part of it.
- Share your duplication link, or publish it anywhere.
- Republish the content as your own, in whole or in part, in any medium.
- Use it to create a competing product or template.
- Remove or alter any attribution or notice inside it.
Breaching this section ends your licence immediately and without a refund.
04 Price, payment and tax
The price is shown on the sales page at the time of purchase and is charged as a single payment. There is no subscription, no trial that converts, and no recurring charge.
Prices may change at any time for future customers. A change never affects a purchase you have already made.
Where sales tax, VAT or GST applies, it is calculated and shown at checkout based on your location, and collected and remitted by us or by our payment provider as applicable.
05 Delivery and access
Access is delivered immediately after payment, to the email address you enter at checkout. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then email us and we will send it manually.
We aim to keep access available indefinitely, but we do not guarantee perpetual availability of any hosted link. Duplicate the workspace into your own Notion account when you receive it, and it is yours to keep regardless of what happens to ours.
06 Refunds
If the product is not for you, email Mo@thezenticks.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not have to explain yourself and there is no form to complete.
Who to contact, and for what
Checkout is operated by Whop. Whop acts as merchant of record for card network rules and payment settlement only. We remain the supplier of the product for every other purpose, including support, delivery and consumer protection, and our refund policy is the one that governs.
- Anything about the product, including access, delivery, setup, dissatisfaction or a refund request, comes to us at Mo@thezenticks.com.
- Anything about the charge itself, for example a duplicate payment, an unrecognised charge, or a currency conversion error, is a payment-layer matter for Whop. Contact them at support@whop.com.
How the refund is processed
When we approve a refund we instruct Whop to reverse the payment. It is returned to your original payment method, typically within three to five business days depending on your bank. You may also open a request through Whop's Resolution Center from your account, which routes it to us.
What appears on your statement
Because Whop processes the payment, your bank or card statement will show a Whop descriptor rather than The Zen Ticks. Your emailed receipt identifies us as the seller. If a charge looks unfamiliar, please check your receipt or email us before disputing it with your bank.
We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund cycles, or where the licence terms in section 03 have been breached.
If you are in the UK or EU
Digital content normally carries a 14 day right to cancel. That right is lost once supply begins with your express consent and acknowledgement, which you give at checkout so you can have access immediately. Our own 14 day guarantee above is offered voluntarily on top of that and is more generous than the statutory position.
07 This is not financial advice
The 60 Seconds Circuit Breaker is an educational and productivity tool. It helps you structure and record your own decisions around your own trading process.
It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. It is not a trading system, a strategy, a signal service or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any instrument. Nothing in it is personalised to your circumstances.
We are not a broker, a dealer, an investment adviser, a financial adviser or a fund manager. We are not registered with, authorised by or supervised by the SEC, CFTC, NFA, FCA, ESMA or any other financial regulator, and nothing here should be read as a regulated service.
You are solely responsible for every trading decision you make. Consider taking advice from a licensed professional in your own jurisdiction before making financial decisions.
08 No results, income or performance guarantee
We make no guarantee, representation or warranty of any kind about profit, income, returns, funding, payouts, challenge or evaluation outcomes, drawdown, win rate, consistency, or any other result.
Any experiences described on this site, including the founder's own, are individual and are not typical. They are shared to explain why the product exists, not to suggest you will get the same or any result.
Any figures relating to time, price or product contents describe the product itself. They are not financial projections.
What you get from this product depends entirely on your own effort, your own discipline, your own market conditions and your own risk management. Many people who buy tools like this see no financial benefit at all.
09 Risk disclosure
Trading futures, options and other leveraged or margin-traded products carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Leverage works against you as much as for you. With some products and some brokers you can lose more than your initial deposit.
Prop firm evaluations and funded account programmes carry their own risks, fees and rules that are set by those firms and have nothing to do with us. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Only risk capital you can afford to lose entirely.
10 Intellectual property
All content in the workspace and on this site, including text, structure, layout, graphics and design, is owned by The Zen Ticks or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Buying the product licenses you to use it. It does not transfer ownership of anything.
11 Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site or product to break any law, to infringe anyone's rights, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to scrape or copy the site systematically, or to interfere with its operation.
12 Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the product and site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the product will meet your requirements.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Consumers keep all statutory rights that cannot be waived.
13 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, lost data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the site or the product, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, even if we were told such damages were possible.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the product or these terms is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the product.
14 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the product, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third party right.
15 Termination
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity survive termination.
16 Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, and the courts of Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in the country where you live, and you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law there.
Before starting formal proceedings, please email us. Almost everything is resolved that way.
17 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought. The date at the top shows the current version.
