01 Who we are
The Zen Ticks ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Mohamed Shaaban and sells The 60 Seconds Circuit Breaker, a digital Notion workspace, through the website thezenticks.com.
We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. If you have a question about it, or want to exercise any of the rights below, email Mo@thezenticks.com.
We collect the minimum we need to take your payment, deliver the product, answer your emails and understand whether our ads work. We do not sell your personal information.
02 What we collect
Information you give us
- Your name and email address when you buy or contact us.
- Billing details you enter at checkout. Card numbers are entered directly into our payment processor and never reach our servers.
- Anything you choose to put in an email to us.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser type, operating system, screen size and language.
- IP address, and the approximate country or region derived from it.
- Pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, links clicked and the page that referred you.
- Advertising identifiers and click identifiers, such as the Meta click identifier appended to a link when you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram ad.
We do not knowingly collect special category data such as health, biometric, religious or political information, and you should not send it to us.

04 Cookies, pixels and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies, including tracking pixels and browser storage. Some are necessary for the site and checkout to work. Others are only set with your consent.
- Strictly necessary. Session handling, security and completing your purchase. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics. Aggregate measurement of how the page performs, so we know which sections people read and where they stop.
- Advertising and measurement. We may run advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API. These tools tell us that a purchase or page view happened and allow us to measure and optimise our advertising, build audiences, and show ads to people who visited this site.
- Whop attribution pixel. We use Whop's first-party pixel on this site. It records page views and links your visit to a purchase made on Whop's checkout, so that a sale can be attributed to the campaign that brought you here. Whop may then pass that conversion on to our advertising platforms.
Where the Meta Pixel or Conversions API is active, information about your visit, such as the page you viewed and whether you completed a purchase, may be shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta may match this against an existing Meta account and act as a controller or joint controller for that processing under its own terms.
You can control how Meta uses your data for advertising in your Facebook or Instagram settings under Ads, and you can review Meta's own policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy. You can also withdraw consent here at any time by clearing cookies for this site or by emailing us.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking necessary cookies may stop checkout from working.
05 Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who need it to run this business, and only for that purpose:
- Payment processing and checkout. Checkout is operated by Whop (Whop Inc.). When you click a buy button you are taken to Whop's checkout, where Whop collects your email, billing details and card information under its own terms and privacy policy. We never see or store your card number.
- Product delivery. The workspace is delivered as a Notion template. Duplicating it into your own account is governed by Notion's own terms and privacy policy.
- Email. Our email provider sends your receipt, your access link and, if you opted in, product emails.
- Analytics and advertising. As described in section 04.
- Professional advisers and authorities. Accountants, or a lawful request from a regulator, court or law enforcement.
If the business is ever sold or transferred, customer records may transfer with it. You would be told before that happened.
06 International transfers
Some of our providers are based outside your country, including in the United States. Where personal data leaves the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision or on Standard Contractual Clauses with the provider. You can ask us which safeguard applies to a specific provider.
07 How long we keep it
- Purchase and tax records. As long as tax law requires, typically six to seven years.
- Support emails. Up to two years after the conversation ends.
- Marketing consent records. Until you unsubscribe, and then a suppression record so we do not email you again.
- Analytics and advertising data. As set by the provider, typically no more than twenty six months.
08 Your rights
If you are in the UK, EU or EEA
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting what we did before you withdrew it. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority, and in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
If you are in California
You have the right to know what we collect and why, to request deletion, to request correction, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.
We do not sell personal information for money. Using advertising pixels can count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising under California law. To opt out, email us or use your browser's Global Privacy Control signal, which we honour where it is sent.
How to exercise any of them
Email Mo@thezenticks.com. We reply within thirty days. We may ask you to confirm the email address you purchased with so we do not hand your data to someone else.
09 Security
The site is served over HTTPS and card details are handled entirely by our payment provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we keep access to customer data limited to what is needed to run the business.
10 Children
This site and product are for adults only. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
11 Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be notified by email where we have your address.
